Boise Water Damage Advice is a free referral and information service, not a contractor. Calls go through our call-tracking line to independent local restoration companies, and we may be paid when a call qualifies. We do not do the work and do not set prices or availability.

What the website collects
- Nothing you type: there are no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
- No cookies and no third-party analytics, advertising or social scripts.
- Standard server logs kept by our host (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not use them to identify anyone.
When you call
The number is a call-tracking number, which may be run by us or by a call network, and an independent restoration company answers. Both may see your number and may record or log the call under their own privacy practices. The network may send us call records such as time, duration and area code so we can tell which pages help. We do not sell personal information.
Do not share Social Security numbers, bank details or passwords on a call.
Other sites
Links to government, industry and news sources take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
Children
The site is for adults dealing with a household problem and is not directed at children.
