Boise Water Damage Advice Call (208) 994-8334 Call

How this service works

We publish a free guide and a phone number. Our call-tracking line connects your call to an independent local restoration company, and we may be paid when a call qualifies. Calling is free.

Boise Water Damage Advice is a free referral and information service, not a contractor. Calls go through our call-tracking line to independent local restoration companies, and we may be paid when a call qualifies. We do not do the work and do not set prices or availability.

Who answers the phone

This is a referral line. A Boise-area restoration company answers, not us.

  1. You call

It is free. The number is a call-tracking line.

  2. The network connects you

To an independent restoration company that covers your part of the Treasure Valley and is taking calls.

  3. They talk it through

What happened, whether they can come, and a written estimate if you want one.

  4. You choose

Say no, ask questions, or call someone else. Nothing is agreed until you agree it.

We cannot promise who is available at a given hour, how soon they can come, or what they charge. Ask for their Idaho contractor registration number. How this service works

What we are, and are not

  • An information and referral service. Not a restoration company, contractor, plumber, insurer or insurance adviser.
  • We do no work, supervise none, and employ none of the companies that answer.
  • Not affiliated with the city, Ada County, any utility or any insurer.
  • We claim no registration, licence, insurance or local office of our own, and we publish no reviews or badges.

How we are paid

Using the site and calling are free. The restoration company, or a call network, may pay us when a call qualifies. The company that answers sets its own prices.

What we cannot promise

  • That someone answers at a particular hour, or how soon anyone can come.
  • That a company holds a particular registration or charges a particular price. Ask for their Idaho contractor registration number and check it with the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.
  • That your insurer will pay. Your policy decides.

Calls may be recorded

The network or the company that answers may record or log calls. Ask at the start of the call if that matters to you.
